We exhibited at the Reborn Challenge Showcase held at Grand Green Osaka (near Osaka Station). We were grateful to meet many visitors and share our thin-section work.

The Virtual Osaka Pavilion opened in January 2025. We held month-long virtual exhibitions in March, May, and August as part of the pavilion program.

Tajiri Thin Section Studio was featured in “Osaka no Genki! Monozukuri Kigyō,” a magazine published by Osaka Prefecture highlighting energetic manufacturing companies.

A paper to which we contributed thin-section preparation was published in the international taxonomy journal ZOOTAXA: “Submarine cave sponges of the genus Rhabderemia (Demospongiae, Biemnida, Rhabderemiidae) from the Ryukyu Islands, southwestern Japan: rediscovery of R. forcipula and description of a new species.” The paper reports a sponge newly recorded from Japan (Japanese name: Kurayami Kisera Kaimen). Congratulations to the authors.

The exhibition was held at MOBIO Monodzukuri Business Center Osaka from Dec 3 to Jan 30. We displayed thin sections of CFRP and concrete and gave a presentation on Dec 12.
